Our service technicians visit many properties every day to maintain fire extinguishers and emergency lighting. This visit ends with a clear maintenance report that is sent free of charge. This reporting can be expanded very cost-effectively with a clear logbook, for more insight into your safety.
The maintenance log goes beyond the maintenance report. If desired, the Saval service technician can keep a logbook during the annual maintenance of your extinguishers. You can use this logbook to gain a good insight into your extinguishing agent file and possibly use it for a multi-year budget (in that case, ask for the even more complete budget logbook). You also immediately comply with the requirement of the 2012 Building Decree. In more and more cities, this logbook is used by the fire service to see whether you have fulfilled your obligation.
If you use our logbook service, we go through a few steps to arrive at a clear result. In the first year of maintenance, our service technician applies a barcode sticker to the safety equipment. Your safety equipment is scanned by the PDA and assigned an age and location in our system. The following maintenance year, we can very quickly see what was done to the device last year and whether, for example, any safety equipment is missing compared to the previous year.
